Shipping policy

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Our dedicated local team will process and dispatch your order for shipment the very same day when you place your order before midday, Monday – Friday. Orders placed after midday Monday – Friday, or on Saturdays or Sundays, will be processed and dispatched the following business day. You can expect delivery is within 3 business days New Zealand wide, though shipping delays may occur during peak season courier periods.

What are your shipping and handling charges?
Herbal Bona is proud to offer FREE shipping nationwide on ALL New Zealand orders, including rural addresses.

How will you deliver my order?
We deliver via our trusted courier partners, and all Herbal Bona orders are shipped with track and trace. We’ll email you a unique tracking number once the courier has picked up your order so you can get an accurate ETA.

Do you offer international shipping?
Herbal Bona delivers within New Zealand only; however we welcome international and wholesale enquiries. If you are interested in Herbal Bona supplements for your store or you live outside of New Zealand, please contact us.

My order hasn’t arrived yet – what do I do?
If you’ve been waiting a little longer than expected for your order to arrive, please check the courier tracking number provided via email, or contact the courier company with your tracking number to lodge an enquiry. Please contact our New Zealand team if you have any questions or concerns.

 

Can I return an item if I change my mind?
No problem. Returned products must be in unopened and resalable condition, and return postage is at your own cost. Please contact us to arrange your return.

What if my order is damaged?
We take the utmost care with your order and use trusted couriers to ensure it is handled with care. In the rare event your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days so we can arrange an immediate replacement.
